 "Oga, I get change for all currency. I even get am for Biafra pounds..." What? my ears stood up straight like that of an Alsatian dog. I asked the bureau de change operator if he was joking about that. 'Sir, we dey change am all the time here'. I was amazed such that I asked him for the value.
